Raayik provides another platform for communication between service providers and service users to provide the service user the channel to express their complaint, suggestion and feedback to service providers directly.

Raayik provides a channel for all citizens and residents of the country to express their opinions on four major subjects that concern them and effect their daily activities, namely Cost of Living, Stability, Confidence and Happiness.
• Raayik For Whom: Individuals looking forward from government or private sectors service provider to improve the quality of services, also want to say more and speaking up in an innovative and effective way.
• Raayik services: All services provided by all governmental, private, and civil institutions are covered.
• What distinguishes Raayik: More transparency and independency in providing rating to the service provider. Sending complaints, suggestions and responses to the service provider no independent and reliable channel.
